How The BBC WorldService Improved my vocabulary

I have listened to the BBC WorldService for like six years now, and it was kind of bizarre for someone of my age group to be obsessed with radio when smartphones exist but this is how it all started. In the year 2014, my family relocated to Numan, a town near the state capital called Yola located in Adamawa State, Nigeria. We relocated there temporarily in the month of  November 2014 because Bokoharam insurgents infiltrated our home town and left us with no choice than to run away. My coming there feels kind of uncomfortable but I was ready to adapt, knowing that it wasn't permanent. 

Nature's Incentive

Have you ever had a bite of any fruit and you enjoyed the taste so much? Have you ever wondered why flowers smell so good or why they look so beautiful? From the beginning of time or origin of our world, nature incentives had been in existence. What do I mean by nature incentives? The dictionary defines incentive as something that motivates, rouses, or encourages. It can also be referred to as a bonus or reward. So what aspect of nature motivates or rewards us for doing something? In this context that aspect of nature is reproduction. But why reproduction? If we take a look at plants and trees and how they produce seeds from the flowering stage to the fruiting stage, we'll find out that a hierarchy of process is involved but where does the incentive come in?
